01

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Savor Pal mobile application and related services operated by Danuta Magdalena Eszer (the “Service Provider”).

02

What Savor Pal collects

The Application does not collect personal information from your use of Savor Pal. Registration is not required, and the Service Provider does not build a user profile based on your meal or drink activity.

Meal plans, meal completion status, drink entries, reminders, and similar routine information are not collected by the Service Provider.

03

Third-party sharing

Because the Application does not collect personal information, there is no personal information to sell or share with advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or other third parties.

04

Location and cross-app tracking

Savor Pal does not collect precise or approximate device location and does not use your activity to track you across other applications or websites.

05

Data Retention

The Service Provider does not maintain a server-side database containing your personal information, meal history, drink history, reminders, or routine activity.

Retention period for personal data collected by Savor Pal: none. Since the Application does not collect or store personal data on the Service Provider’s servers, there is no server-side personal-data retention period for normal use.
06

Data Deletion

There is no server-side personal data to delete because Savor Pal does not collect or retain personal information through normal use.

Local information remains under your control. If app information is stored locally on your device, you can remove it using your device’s app-storage controls or by uninstalling the Application.

If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email, you may request deletion of information contained in that correspondence by writing to [email protected].

07

Network communication

If the Application accesses an online resource, ordinary internet communication may temporarily involve technical routing information such as an IP address. The Service Provider does not retain that information for advertising, profiling, or tracking.

08

Children’s privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where applicable law requires one. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Application.

09

Security

A design that avoids centralized collection of personal information reduces exposure risk. No device, network, or technical system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10

Changes to this Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the Application, its functionality, or applicable requirements change. The current version will be published with a revised effective date.
